Wow Katili! This is so true, you have to let go of the old to make space for the new! This is a great picture, I love how you put many small "lines" to make it and the colours are just perfect for the subject! Simply great!
Shano, thank you, I like to make haunting images but also the thought of ending is haunting.
anonymous, yes, the end of evil, too. I also speak of smaller ends, everyday ends, which hurt, but often open new opportunities
zordis, thank you. It's just my meaning, to live in present and let the by gones be by gones, let the bad things go. It often only is extra weight on our shoulders.
The death is the thing most certain determined by the life. Fernando Pessoa said one day that "Die is only not to be seen. Die is the curve of the road "...I don't know what it is the end. But i like the image.
Dear Alex, nothing wrong with your your English. "die is the curve of the road" I love this, I have to find more of Pessoa's writings. I also referred to other ends than the actual death. Like end of love, end of childhood. Every end is like small death.
Dear Shane, thank you for the poem. It was so observing and the end of this poem is so like me and my philosophy, "pass, Crow". Have to look for Ted Hughes, too, sounds interesting.
The deep lavender that surounds the tombstones makes me think of auras and spirits...then I get the idea that endings are just passages. A very strong image with intriguing effects. Well done:>
Thank you Carla. The idea of endings being just passages is comforting but also mystical. I must say believe in auras and spirits, always did since I was a little girl. You have a gift of seeing behind the obvious. Some of my other illo-friends are that way too.

Thank you Valerie.
Cool colors and concept! Dark and haunting. I like it.
Eventual End is End of Existence of Everything Even Evil };-}
The end is a new beginning and we should all live in the present but not the past.
The spirit you are showing is great and this imagine is so vivid in its ending way.
I like your illo and the colour gives it so much mistery!
