I am going to my last relaxation training today. I have been in a group learning ways of relaxing to help minimize stress. A week ago we practised to find our colour, I found colour purple. Afterwards one of participants, a young girl, told me I had picked the colour of meditation. Wow, that was cool. This fractal is dedicated to the relaxation class. Thanks for all the good advice.
